A standard cul-de-sac bulb or approved alternate turn-around (hammerhead) shall be provided on <br /> proposed Parcel Three". <br /> The Property is zoned AL-10 (Limited Agriculture, 10-acre parcels) and the General Plan designation is A/L (Limited <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of Thalheim Colony Tract Road, 1,950 feet west of S. <br /> Victory Road, northeast of Escalon.
