STANDARD REQUIREMENTS & CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MA- 89- 16 <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1 . The mobilehome shall be occupied by not more than two <br /> adults , one of whom must be fifty-five ( 55 ) years of <br /> age or older , or one of whom is infirm and under <br /> doctor 's orders to be under close and watchful <br /> attention . The aged ill or infirm person may occupy <br /> the single family dwelling if the person ( s ) providing <br /> care for the aged , ill or infirm person occupies the <br /> mobilehome . <br /> 2 . No permanent room additions are allowed . <br /> 3 . Skirting constructed of the same materials as the <br /> mobilehome shall be installed . <br /> 4 . The mobilehome cannot be rented or leased . <br /> 5 . The mobilehome shall be removed if the property is <br /> rezoned to a zone not allowing the use or the property <br /> is annexed to a city and the city 's zoning does not <br /> allow the use . <br /> 6 . The mobilehome shall be constructed to meet the minimum <br /> standards of the National Manufactured Housing <br /> Construction and Safety Act of 1974 . <br /> 7 . The granting of an accessory mobilehome permit does not <br /> authorize the applicant or owner to override any valid <br /> C . C. & R. -s (Covenants , Conditions , and Restrictions ) <br /> applicable to the property that would otherwise <br /> prohibit the use. <br /> BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> 1 . Obtain a mobilehome installation permit . <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s ) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Health District prior to <br /> occupancy , or connect to existing septic system on <br /> property . <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> NOTE : Applicant should be advised that another septic system <br /> exists by North property line which served a former <br /> mobilehome on the site . <br /> NOTE : The permit will expire on OCTOBER 3 , 1991 . Renewal <br /> will require a new application with a new fee . <br />
