CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0500353 <br /> Silva <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0500353 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on September 7,2005,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on March 9, 2007, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been fled with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Karla Kuhl, (209) 468-3103) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment as shown on the Site Plan dated July 26, <br /> 2005 <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. ACCESS: A private right-of-way application for access will be required prior to obtaining a building <br /> permit to construct any non-agricultural structures for Parcel 1 and Parcel 2. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1150.2[@]). <br /> d. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirement will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs'Association. <br /> (2) The project shall comply with San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1150.18, Road <br /> Naming Procedures.
