Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. The existing unpermitted domestic well on the parcel must be destroyed under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division (See UP-78-9) <br /> 2. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division prior <br /> to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per <br /> year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public <br /> water system under the provisions of California Code of Regulations, Title 22 will be required <br /> by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> 3. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4); The <br /> existing system shall be upgraded to meet Ordinance Requirements for the number of bedrooms <br /> for the mobile home and the number of employees for the business. <br /> 4. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning Department for approval by <br /> the Environmental Health Division showing sewage and well information as required by the <br /> improvement plan (including a 100% expansion area). <br /> 5. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area.. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> 6.
