These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Sanitation Permit No. 78-1082 shows a single leach line running south to north <br /> across the proposed gravel driveway area. The following conditions shall be <br /> satisfied by the applicant: <br /> (1) The existing leach field shall be relocated under a permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must register with County Office <br /> of Emergency Services. <br /> C. If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain a EPA identification number <br /> and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> d. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator <br /> and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material <br /> collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous <br /> constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from <br /> the Environmental Health Division.
