Walnut
Grove Road, Thornton
The above site is served by a water well near the south-east corner of the main
building. However, the well appears to have been constructed without a permit and
inspection by the Environmental Health Division (EHD). EHD has no record of a permit
being issued for the well construction. Thus, condition number 7(a) of Use Permit U-
78-9 was not met.
EHD recommends that under permit with this Division the well be destroyed and a
new well be constructed by a California licensed well drilling contr .ctor.
A Ilivision ui"5an Joaquin county 11cagh fare Services
