The slope of the parking space(s) shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot. <br /> C. Existing elevation certification is required with all permit <br /> applications for structures located within the 100 year flood <br /> zone, unless the modifications are less that 50% of structures <br /> value. <br /> 5. THORNTON FIRE DISTRICT <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Secondary access to the property form Walnut Grove Road shall <br /> be provided.
