Other Ordinance <br /> Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. Submit plans for approval by the Environmental Health Division for a sewage treatment plant the entire <br /> development. The plans must be designed by a Registered Engineer(Ordinance Code Section 5-30008). <br /> b. Obtain discharge requirements form the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central <br /> Valley Region, prior to development (Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Article 5, Section <br /> 13280). <br /> C. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to an approved <br /> landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, Section 5-2400. <br /> d. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility construction plans to the Environmental Health Division <br /> for review and approval prior to issuance of building permits. (California Health and Safety Code, <br /> Section 27550). <br /> e. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> f.
