The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. Exterior walls less than 20 ' from a property line shall <br /> be of one-hour, fire-resistive construction. <br /> b. The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic <br /> fire sprinkler system or divided into areas less than <br /> 6, 000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> C. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer that were <br /> included in the soils report shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction drawings. <br /> f. Provide a copy of the Soils Report to the Building <br /> Inspection Division. <br /> i . The proposed project is located within an expansive soil <br /> area where a conventional foundation may not be suitable. <br /> Therefore, an engineer is required to evaluate the <br /> foundation design. <br /> 2 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material: <br /> a. A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1) . <br />
