- t <br /> Business License issued. Ms. Mueller indicated that she spoke with Mr. Sweeso and he <br /> informed her the License was issued in error. Ms. Mueller indicated that Mr. Sweeso informed <br /> her that there were a lot of repairs to the building that were not completed. <br /> Mr. Martin asked Mr. Matuska if he had any information on the building repairs. Mr. Matuska <br /> indicated that Mr. I^arano informed him that the Business Licensed was issued in error, and that <br /> it should have been issued after the final approval of the project as is normally done. <br /> Mr. Matuska also informed staff that the Business License has since expired. <br /> Mr. Martin indicated that one issue is whether or not the first site approval expired and whether i <br /> or not the applicant still has a business license to operate. Mr. Martin informed Mr. Hernandez , <br /> and Mr. Arroyo that the first site approval is a separate issue from the site approval that is in <br /> question. <br /> Mr. Hernandez questioned condition (1) which required merger of the lot that the business is on. <br /> Mr. Hernandez indicated he only has one lot, one parcel. Ms. Mueller informed Mr. Hernandez <br /> that according to the Property Deed it shows that Mr. Hernandez is the owner of Parcel #143- <br /> 130-19, 21, 23, 25, & 24. Mr. Hernandez said that there is only one lot. Mrs. Mueller informed <br /> Mr. Hernandez that he is using all the parcels as one lot, but legally there are five (S) lots. <br /> Ms. Mueller reviewed the Development Committee memo with Mr. Arroyo. Mr. Arroyo <br /> questioned the landscaping. Mr. Martin discussed options that could be used as a landscaping <br /> strip. Mr. Martin informed Mr. Arroyo that the landscaping is only required between the parking <br /> and the wall. <br /> Mr. Arroyo asked what the difference was between heavy and light auto repair. <br /> Ms. Mueller indicated to Mr. Arroyo that after the meeting she will give him a description on what <br /> you can do in heavy and light auto repair. Mr. Martin informed Mr. Arroyo that light is basically <br /> tune-ups, changing oil and batteries, heavy is auto body type repair, painting,! rebuilding <br /> engines. <br /> Mr. Darrow discussed the building code requirements noted on the memo. <br /> Mr. Martin reviewed the car issue with Mr. Arroyo. Mr. Martin informed Mr. Arroyo that the <br /> parking conditions will remain the same as the first site approval. <br /> Mr. Neely reviewed Public Works requirements. <br /> Mr. Godinho reviewed Environmental Health Divisions requirements. Mr. Godinho asked Mr. <br /> Arroyo if he has a permit from the Environmental Health Division to store and use the oil. <br /> Mr. Godinho asked Mr. Arroyo what he does with the oil after it is changed, and asked if <br /> Mr. Arroyo has a permit to store the oil. Mr. Arroyo.indicated that he did not know he needed a <br /> license for that. Mr. Godinho informed Mr. Arroyo that he needs a hazardous waste permit from <br /> the Environmental Health Division. kk <br /> Mr. Arroyo asked when he needs to turn in the improvement Plan. .: 1 <br /> Mr. Martin informed Mr. Arroyo that in 90 days he will need to meet the conditions of approval <br /> for Phase One. <br />
