Box 1810 2375 East Camelback Road <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 Suite 400 <br /> Phoenix, AZ 85016 <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Site Approval application for a 24-acre solar farm on a 798-acre property also containing an <br /> existing landfill (Foothill Sanitary Landfill) and a landfill gas-to-energy operation. The project includes the construction of <br /> 13,770 bifacial modules 5.2 MW in size. No additional structures are proposed for the solar farm and no employees are <br /> required at the site for daily operations post-construction. The site is currently served by on-site well and septic systems, <br /> as well as natural drainage. However, no services are required for the solar farm operation.Access to the proposed project <br /> site will be from Waverly Road. The project site is not under a Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-160 (General Agriculture, 160-acre minimum)and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the east side of North Waverly Road, 6,700 feet north of East Flood <br /> Road, Linden.
