The owner/developer should be aware that any future public improvements adjacent the <br /> West Lane roadway shall comply with the provisions of the adopted West Lane Specific Pian. <br /> 2. Should the San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of Stockton <br /> Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the City's <br /> General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton Outside <br /> Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, or sign a deferred <br /> annexation agreement if the property is not deemed contiguous to the City, and pay the <br /> applicable fees. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
