(1) The proposed use will change the occupancy from a U occupancy to a B/S-2 occupancy(U.B.C. <br /> Section 3405). The structure must be brought into compliance with all current code provisions <br /> including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy and disabled access requirements. <br /> (2) An occupancy separation of one(1) hour is required to separate the S-2 occupancy from the A-3 <br /> occupancy. <br /> (3) A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading permit issued by the Building <br /> Inspection Division prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth material: <br /> (4) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (A) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (B) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away' sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> (C) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (D) Provide one van parking space. <br /> 2.
