The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. The owner/developer shall install full frontage improvements on Postal Avenue,within the limits of the <br /> project as required by the City of Stockton, including,but not limited to, a type 38 driveway, sidewalks, <br /> pavement widening and street lighting. Said improvements shall be installed prior to occupancy of any <br /> buildings/structures on this site. Further, all off-site improvements shall conform to City of Stockton <br /> Standard Plans and Specifications, and the applicant shall obtain appropriate City of Stockton permits prior <br /> to start of work in the city's right-of-way. (City of Stockton) <br /> 7. As required by the City of Stockton, only one driveway shall be allowed on Postal Avenue. Said Driveway <br /> shall align with the Delivery Street intersection, and parking lot shall be reconfigured accordingly. Further, <br /> the existing driveway location on Postal Avenue shall be removed(abandoned) and replaced with curb, <br /> gutter, and sidewalk. The additional driveway as proposed shall not be allowed.
