CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0400256 <br /> Vrieling <br /> Lot ..Lin e Adjustmenti, Application No. PA-0400256 was approved by the San Joaquin County_ <br /> Community Development Department on August 4,2004,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless atherwiseapecified"all Ordinance.requirements shall be complied with priorto approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire. on 'February, 3, 2006, which is 1.8 months from the effective date of <br /> approval; unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed With and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Rick Griffin,(209)46873954) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment of two lots as shown on the plan dated.May <br /> 12, 2004. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT. A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department.
