The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> 1. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain an <br /> air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The discharge <br /> pipe shall also have two '% inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the pipe and <br /> opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County must be <br /> installed. <br /> E. Destroy the abandoned well(s) between Parcel #3 and #4 under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.5(e). <br /> F. Per San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Sections 9-1110, 1110.7, & 6-1.12 and <br /> California Code of Regulations Title 25 Section 16:07(e) and Health & Safety Code Section 18871, <br /> the trailer located on Parcel #2 must be disconnected from residential power, water and sewage. <br /> G. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> H. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
