some former paint company waste disposal pits at the facility; Public
,. Health Services stated that the facility "will not be added to the local
contaminated database list nor referred to any state agency for follow up."
Based on the opinion of Public Health Services, this facility appears
unlikely to have impacted the subject Site.
• John Ray, 2205 and 2249 Waterloo, approximately one-quarter mile
northwest of the Site, Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation, Site
Mitigation FA and Site Mitigation RO lists. Live Oak reviewed records on
file at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department for this
facility on February 2, 2015. Based on review of the file, it appears that
three underground storage tanks were removed from this facility in 1994; a
"no further action" letter was issued by San Joaquin County Public Health
Services. In 2004, a fourth underground tank was discovered and
removed; the Environmental Health Department issued a "no further
action" letter for this tank in 2005. However, in 2006 the State Water
Resources Control Board contacted the owner about enrollment in the
tank cleanup fund, and in 2007 Advanced GeoEnvironmental produced a
report discussing their recent soil and groundwater sampling; no_target
analytes were detected. Although it is unclear why additional investigation
fook place at the facility after the "no further action" letter, there is no
reason to suspect that the subject Site would be impacted.
• Beacon #419, 2350 Waterloo, approximately one-quarter mile north of the
Site, Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation and Local Oversight
Program lists. The LOP case is closed,- the Site Mitigation case has a
status of "remedial action." According to information available from
GeoTracker, this case was closed in August of 2014.
• Ragu Foods, 1147 D, approximately 0.18 mile southwest of the Site,
Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation list. The case is closed.
• Gill Roofing, 1219 N. Filbert, approximately one-quarter mile east-
southeast of the Site, Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation list. The
case is closed.
• Statewide SJECL CASJOMG, 2039 E. Harding, one-quarter mile west-
northwest of the Site, Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation list. The
case has a status of "environmental assessment." Live Oak reviewed
records on file at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Department for this facility on February 2, 2015. The file contains a 1990
report by MacKinnon Environmental which details the soil exploratory
investigation conducted into the former underground storage tanks at this
location. No contamination was detected. Although a "no further action"
letter from the Environmental Health Department was not identified in the
file, based on the report by MacKinnon the facility does not appear to pose
a significant threat to the subject Site.
Through a review of the location, status, and/or details on file for these cases,
Live Oak did not identify evidence that known contamination from any of these
facilities has impacted the subject Site.
LOGE 1503 7
