This project consists of an Agricultural Excavation application [o remove 97.000 cubic yards of material over two (2) years from a 74.06 -acre parcel antl a 74.66 acre parcel in the AG -180 (General Agricultural, 180 -etre minimum) zone. The project site is located on [he east sitle of South Willow Glan Road, 2,455 feet north of Wast Undine Road, south of Stockton (APN/Atltlrass: 191-040-07. - OS/13286 South Wlilow Glan Road, Stockton). San Joaquin County Is a signatory to San Joaquin County Multi -Species Habi[a[ Conservation antl Opan Space Plan (SJMSGP). Participation In [he SJMSGP satisfies requirements of both the state antl federal endangered species acts, antl ensures that [ha impacts are mitigated below a level of signiflcanca in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEOA).
