This project consists of an Agricultural <br />Excavation application [o remove 97.000 cubic yards of material over two (2) years from a 74.06 -acre parcel antl a 74.66 <br />acre parcel in the AG -180 (General Agricultural, 180 -etre minimum) zone. The project site is located on [he east sitle of <br />South Willow Glan Road, 2,455 feet north of Wast Undine Road, south of Stockton (APN/Atltlrass: 191-040-07. - <br />OS/13286 South Wlilow Glan Road, Stockton). <br />San Joaquin County Is a signatory to San Joaquin County Multi -Species Habi[a[ Conservation antl Opan Space Plan <br />(SJMSGP). Participation In [he SJMSGP satisfies requirements of both the state antl federal endangered species acts, <br />antl ensures that [ha impacts are mitigated below a level of signiflcanca in compliance with the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEOA). Tha LOCAL JURISDICTION retains responsibility for ensuring that the appropriate Incidental Take <br />Minimization Measure are properly implamenled antl moni[oretl and that appropriate fees era paid in compliance with the <br />SJMSGP. Although participation in the SJMSGP is voluntary, Local Judstllction/Lead Agencies should ba aware [hat If <br />project applicants choose against participating In the SJMSGP, they will be required to provide alternative mitigation in an <br />amount antl kind equal to That providetl in the SJ MSCP. <br />Th/s project /s subJecf to the SJMSGP and is located within the unmapped land use area.
