WiTh <br />regards to dust and emissions, the project is required to comply any applicable standards <br />from th¢ San Joaquin Vall¢y Air Po11u21on Control District. Additionally, the Reclamation <br />Plan states that a wafer truck will be us¢d to control dust on iha project site. <br />3.
