Wimer Road, Linden <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to the project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 2. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank <br /> system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of <br /> $156.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br /> rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit <br /> fee of $78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 3. The existing private water wells at the time of new construction and <br /> development shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 4. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development.
