Y� <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-95-39 <br /> George Ferrero <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-95-39 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on September 15, 1995, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on March 16„ 1997,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> See attached memo dated August 29, 1995. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 1 - LA-95-37 <br />
