Vier ...
UEC Document No.: R3579811
December 7, 1998
4.0 CLOSURE
Universal Engineering Company has performed Soil Profile and Soil Percolation tests, as well as a Nitrate
Loading analysis, of the subject properties as configured in Lot Line Adjustment LA9859. It has been
determined that all mandatory setback requirements may be met while maintaining adequate space for a
100% septic system replacement area for both the North and South Parcels. The design of the future
replacement septic systems is beyond the scope of this report; however, it is felt that Pressure-Dose systems,
with the appropriate seals to prevent silting of the leach lines, will meet the particular needs of each of these
sites.
If you have any questions or if we can be of any assistance to you in consideration of Lot Line Adjustment
LA98569, please feel free to contact our Stockton Office at yourrgnvenience at 209-477-5979.
o
Sincerely, Q
O
UNIVERSAL ENGINEERING COMPANY
Thomas J.
