r <br /> INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The two Tentative Parcel Maps show three parcels proposed in the 10.3 acres.For the purposes <br /> of thins report Parcel i is the NE parcel,Parcel 2 is the NW Parcel and Parcel 3 is the southerly <br /> parcel,with frontage on the Mokelumne,River The parcel vicinity map is shown on the Tentative <br /> Maps.The NW parcel is developed and furnishes water to the NE parcel.An old structure exists <br /> on the NE parcel.Both parcels front on Woodbridge Road. At present a repair crew is replacing <br /> rotted wood members in the structures.The southerly parcel(Parcel 3)is vacant.The parcel is a <br /> grape vineyard with some of the rows extending into Par. 1 &2-.An irrigation well exists on <br /> Parcel 2 and famishes irrigation water where needed <br /> .{ PRESENT/PAST USES OF THE SITE <br /> The history of the site is well documented and a four page summary is included in this report.It <br /> has an agricultural history and this site was the"farmhouse"of the holdings.A school house was <br /> constructed on Parcel 2 and is undergoing w4mrs at the present time.The three parcels were <br /> probably never part of the major agricultural operations by Sen.Langford. Parcel 3 has <br /> frontage along the Mokelumne River and testing of this parcel was delayed until June 20,to allow <br /> the river to recede from the high flow. <br /> M <br />
