6.7 Discussion of Any Potential Problems Predicted and/Or the Need for An Engineered or
Alternative Septic System: In this area, the soils are classified as Guard Clay Loam, Ringe Muck, /
Ryde Clay Loam. Permeability in the Ringe Muck is rapid, in the Ryde Clay Loam it is moderately
slowFgmee
a uard Clay Loam i ' w. Due to these classifications, and the depth to groundwater,
an red septic system is recommen e .
6.8 Discussion of Percolation Rates in Relation to the Type, Size and Location of future
leach fields at the site: Based on the soils profile, it is Dillon&Murphy's opinion that the proposed
project is suited for a engineered sewage disposal systems. The system should be properly designed
and installed according to the current San Joaquin County criteria for standard septic systems.
It is our opinion that the installation of any new proposed septic system, if properly installed, should
not adversely affect the quality of groundwater in the area.
7.0 CONCLUSION SECTION
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the proposed
development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the time we
excavated our test hole and performed the percolation test. It was assumed that the test hole and
percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
Our services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in accordance
with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
