The applicant proposes to remove Public Works conditions 2, 7, 8, <br /> 9, and 10. Those conditions are as follows: <br /> 2. Frontage improvements which provide for drainage and a sidewalk for pedestrians shall be <br /> constructed along Augusta Street across the subject Parcel prior to issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit. <br /> 7. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the Department of <br /> Public Works. The Services shall be provided by Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District. <br /> 8. The applicant/developer is subject to Area of Benefit No. 7, Woodbridge Greens, and shall pay <br /> appropriate fees prior to issuance of any building permit. <br /> 9. The applicant/developer is subject to Area of Benefit No. 10, Bank of Lodi, and shall pay <br /> appropriate fees prior to issuance of any building permit. <br /> 10. Annexation of the development into Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District for Storm Drainage and <br /> Water shall be required, prior to issuance of any building permit. A fee per acre shall be paid to <br /> process the annexation.
