REVISIONS OF APPROVED ACTIONS FOR USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. <br /> UP-97-0016 OF RME, INC., (C/O JAMES CRANDELL) to revise Conditions of <br /> Approval 1.b. &c.to amend the phasing for the expansion of an existing winery. The <br /> revision would allow for full buildout from the previously approved six phases over ten <br /> years to full buildout in five phases over an additional twelve years. Phase One <br /> includes the construction of a 1,000 square foot awning, a 2,500 square foot arbor <br /> and an upgrade to the winery's management operations of treated processed waste <br /> water for agricultural crop irrigation. Phase Two includes the construction of a <br /> 272,941 square foot case warehouse building and relocation of a 195 square foot <br /> pump shed. Phase Three includes the construction of a 277,900 square foot barrel <br /> warehouse facility. Phase Four includes the addition of 87 parking spaces and a <br /> 4,000 square foot training and hospitality facility. Phase Five includes the <br /> construction of a 13,000 square foot public relations facility building. No marketing <br /> events are proposed. The project site is located at the terminus of Kennefick Road, <br /> on the south side of Woodbridge Road,Acampo, (Supervisorial District 4). <br /> Environmental Determination: An Initial Study has been prepared indicating the <br /> project will not have a significant impact on the environment, and a Negative <br /> �II Declaration has been prepared for the project. <br /> I �J' 2.
