The <br /> revision would allow for full buildout from the previously approved six phases over ten years to full buildout <br /> in five phases over an additional twelve years. Phase One includes the construction of a 1,000 square foot <br /> awning, a 2,500 square foot arbor and an upgrade to the winery's management operations of treated <br /> processed waste water for agricultural crop irrigation. Phase Two includes the construction of a 272,941 <br /> square foot case warehouse building and relocation of a 195 square foot pump shed. Phase Three includes <br /> the construction of a 277,900 square foot barrel warehouse facility. Phase Four includes the addition of 87 <br /> parking spaces and a 4,000 square foot training and hospitality facility. Phase Five includes the <br /> construction of a 13,000 square foot public relations facility building. No marketing events are proposed. <br /> The previously approved Use Permit application is for the expansion of an existing winery in six phases over <br /> a ten year period. Phase One indudes the construction of a 5,400 square foot filtration building. Phase Two <br /> includes a 23,650 square foot expansion of a barrel warehouse building. Phase Three include the <br /> construction of a 4,000 square foot training hospitality building. Phase Four includes the construction of a <br /> 360,000 case warehouse building and the relocation of a 190 square foot pump house shed. Phase Five <br /> includes the construction of a 13,000 square foot retail/public relations and office building,a 27,500 square <br /> foot processing building, a 4,104 square foot red press processing building, and the addition of 87 parking <br /> spaces. Phase Six includes the construction of a 202,500 square foot barrel warehouse facility.
