(C/O JAMES CRANDELL) <br /> (APN: 017-090-58)(ADDRESS: 5950 EAST WOODBRIDGE ROAD, <br /> ACAMPO) <br /> This project is a Revisions of Approved Actions application for Use Permit application No. <br /> UP-97-16 to amend the phasing of an existing winery to allow for full buildout from the <br /> previously approved six phases over ten years to full buildout in five phases over twelve <br /> years. Phase 1 includes the construction of a 1,000 square foot awning, a 2,500 square <br /> foot arbor and an upgrade to the winery's management operations of reclaimed water for <br /> agricultural crop irrigation. Phase 2 includes the construction of a 272,941 square foot <br /> case good warehouse and relocation of a 195 square foot pump house (shed). Phase 3 <br /> includes the construction of a 281,848 square foot barrel warehouse facility. Phase 4 <br /> includes adding 87 additional parking spaces and a 4,000 square foot training and <br /> hospitality facility. Phase 5 includes the construction of a 13,000 square foot public <br /> relations facility building. <br /> The winery will employ up to a maximum of 211 workers and operates three shifts <br /> Monday through Friday during the non-crush season and three shifts seven days per <br /> week during the crush season, typically August through October. The wine tasting room <br /> operates seven days a week from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No marketing events are <br /> proposed. <br /> The project site is located at the terminus of Kennefick Road, on the south side of <br /> Woodbridge Road, north of Lodi in Acampo. <br /> The project has a General Plan designation of A/G (General Agriculture) and OS/RC <br /> (Resource Conservation) and is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum). <br />
