017=1dgd0 Martin Church, 6685 East Woodbridge Rd,
Acampo
Two septic systems exist. One is 2 years old
and the other is 17 years old.
No problems with leach area in either system
Depth to ground water is unknown
GROUND WATER
From the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water
Conservation District Study we find that the ground water
depth is approximately 65 feet, and that the gradient falls
southerly at approximately 9 feet per mile. See Exhibits 2
and 3 .
The Owner had his water tested by F.G. L. Laboratory in May
of this year.
The results are listed as Exhibits 5 and 6.
SOILS AND PERCOLATION TEST
Per the "Soils of San Joaquin County" , as published by the
University of California, the soil is Greenfield Sandy Loam.
On July 17 , 1992 , we ran percolation tests on Parcels 1 and
2 . It was found that the percolation rates were 18 and
14/min/inch respectively. See Exhibit 4.
In all oases the test holes were 6" diameter by 3 feet deep.
The tests were run under permit and inspection by the San
Joaquin County Health Department.
CONCLUSION
The area is suitable for septic systems . It is recommended
that 8 ,000 S. F. be reserved on Parcels 1 and 2 .
Based upon the percolation test and interviews , it is my
professional opinion that a septic system will not adversely
effect the first water arnLi for.
