APN: 0I 7-100-09,12 <br /> #1 The leak was detected by visual inspection. The fuel tank was observed during the field review <br /> and the soil indicates no recent leak. <br /> 42 Leak detected by pressure test. Location not observed in field <br /> 1 43 Method of leak detection not stated. Site not observed in field. <br /> State and Local documents were searched for the above three sites and none were listed. In the <br /> absence of any current listings the sites are considered to have been cleaned up and leaks <br /> corrected. <br /> The three sites were listed as HIST UST. <br /> j' The Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted for any record of chemical use during the <br /> past 5 years. The chemical use records for the past 5 years were obtained and are included n the <br /> y report. The various chemicals were applied on 4 to 80 acres as shown. <br /> ✓ The soil description in the EDR report indicates coarse grained soils, (Tokay), with a permeability <br /> rate of 2 to 6 inches/hour. The soil appears to be free from clay. <br /> The CVRWQCB list does not show any listing on Crump or Woodbridge Roads. The EHD, S.IC <br /> list USTSMDL has no listings on either of the two roads. <br /> The field review was conducted on 812/05. The photographs show the above ground fuel tank, the <br /> typical vineyard view, the driveway at 6908 E. Woodbridge and some of the stored equipment. <br /> The site is clean. No piles of trash or "collectibles" exist within view. <br /> The Map, Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater, Spring `99 indicate approximately 50' to static <br /> water. The 70' contour line runs thru the parcel. <br /> Y <br /> There are no current on/off site potential and/or known above or below ground sources of <br /> contamination identified with the project. <br /> EVALUATION OF PAST/CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION IDENTIFIED AT <br /> OR IN THE STUDY AREA ; RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER ACTION <br /> The continued use of the property, in conformance with existing State and Local guidelines and <br /> regulations, should not produce any threat to human health and/or the environment. <br />
