Plans for engineered septic systems must be <br /> submitted to and approved by the EHD prior to the issuance of any building permit on the new <br /> parcels. Ongoing monitoring of these systems may be required. <br /> The water well testing results in the report establish the requirement for any future water well(s) installed on the <br /> new parcels to: <br /> Conform to the San Joaquin County Well Standards. <br /> ❑ Have a 200' annular seal and to be sampled upon installation for nitrate and Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP).
