PHASE TWO TO MAINTENANCE <br /> TWO SOCCER FIELDS, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF STATE <br /> HIGHWAY ROUTE VI ( 20, APCTSOXIMATELY 800 FEET WEST OF <br /> VICTORY ROAD <br /> APPLICANT: California Milk Market,Inc APN: 229-190-13 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Highway Route 120 has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned a <br /> right-of-way width as determined by Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Trak Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,097 per <br /> 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Service Commercial or$157.45 per <br /> additional daily trip-end generated in the Escalon area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179,R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 2. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 3.
