Proposal A is preferred but as an alternative, Proposal B is also being analyzed. This is a revised referral and does not include the maps included with the original referral. Proposal A: a General Plan Amendment pre-application to amend the General Plan Designation for six parcels totaling ±44.21 acres from A/UR (Agriculture-Urban Reserve) to C/FS (Freeway Service Commercial) and a Zone Reclassification Pre-Application to change the zoning of the six parcels totaling ±44.21 acres from AG-40 (General Agriculture with a 40- acre minimum parcel size) to C-FS (Freeway Service Commercial). A portion of these parcels are under a Williamson Act contract. Proposal B: a General Plan Amendment pre-application to amend the General Plan designation for two parcels totaling ±13.09 acres from A/UR (Agriculture-Urban Reserve) to C/FS (Freeway Service Commercial) and for three parcels totaling ±16.31 acres from A/UR (Agriculture-Urban Reserve) to C/G (General Commercial), and a Zone Reclassification Pre-Application to change the zoning of the two parcels totaling ±13.09 acres from AG-40 (General Agriculture with a 40- acre minimum parcel size) to C-FS (Freeway Service Commercial) and to change the zoning of the three parcels totaling ±16.31 acres from AG-40 (General Agriculture with a 40-acre minimum parcel size) to C-G (General Commercial). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the north side of West Yettner Road, west of Interestate 5, Stockton (APN/Address: 193-060-03, -04, -05, -37, -38/605 West Yettner Road, French Camp) (Supervisorial District:All). APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than August 20 2017. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on August 23, 2017.
