Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to the issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of$210.00 must be paid at time <br /> of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> I The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> �I I County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$105.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> V B. Prior to Final Occupancy, applicant shall stake out septic system/leach field to determine <br /> compliance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. This shall be completed under a <br /> o <br /> cnsultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department. The fee for the <br /> consultation permit is $210.00 (San Joaquin County Board of Superyisors Resolution 90-620). <br /> C. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> C:) Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> I L 1110.4). <br /> 6 `( <br />
