One of <br /> the wells was located near the labor camp and the other was near the residence on the southern <br /> edge of the property. These locations can be seen on the addendum map attached to this letter. As <br /> noted in the report the samples were taken on October 29, 2004. <br /> 6.6: Please find the attached signed percolation test forms. The percolation form completed on <br /> October 29, 2004 was for the designated remainder.
