Comments: <br /> Routine waste tire inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> No violations or areas of concern. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)TPID certificate is posted behind the front counter. <br /> 2.) Manifests (EDTs) from "Waste Recovery West, Inc."were onsite and available for review. <br /> 3.)Waste tires were counted using a direct count method. All of the waste tires are stored outdoors behind and <br /> around the shop. 110 of the waste tires counted were junk tires. The remaining 102 waste tires counted were <br /> used tires that were stored incorrectly. Used tires must be stored in racks or stacked in a manner which allows <br /> the tires to be inspected. <br /> 4.) Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Naveed Khalid (owner). <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire manifests, disposal receipts, and logs for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores it's waste tires at this location. <br />
