Permission to conduct inspection given by Bob Rusk, owner. <br /> 2. Inspection was done with Bob Rusk. <br /> 3. A direct count was used in counting the tires. <br /> 4. TPID certificate is located behind the front counter. <br /> 5. Facility uses Waste Recovery West as their registered waste tire hauler. <br /> 6. Waste tire manifests (EDTs)were available for review. <br /> 7. Facility only stores tires at this location. <br /> *8. Reminder that the waste tire manifests must be retained for 3 years. <br /> 9.
