The additional sampling is <br /> proposed to gather and evaluate additional background groundwater information for the <br /> expanded LAA. This work plan, once approved, will be submitted as part of the <br /> permitting process to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. The <br /> work is currently proposed to be scheduled in the first portion of April 2010 assuming <br /> work plan and permit approval.
