I have a few questions regarding the results and yesterday' s inspection . 1 ) The email and results state the diesel leak detector was replaced prior to our arrival . I was on site for almost two hours with the technician and he did not mention the replacement of the leak detector . Can you confirm that this was definitely completed prior to our arrival ? 2 ) Section VIII indicates the sensors were all located at the lowest points . While on site, the 91 # 1 sump sensor was not in the lowest point and had to be repositioned by the technician . 3 ) The 91 # 2 product piping was observed with a plugged clamshell . Was this plug removed by the technician ? 4 ) The 87 leak detector failed initial testing and was being readjusted by the technician at the time of our departure . Please include all failures in the test results . 5 ) The monitoring site plan ( map on page 6 ) is blank . Please let me know if you have any questions . The new FX1DV LLD was tested during the scheduled annual monitoring certification with inspector Stacy Rivera and passed ( results are attached ) . The technician left the site with all functions normal .
