A log shall W kept of sludge <br /> quantities generated and of handling and disposal activities. The frequency of entries is discretionary; <br /> however, the log should be complete enough to serve as a basis for part of the annual report. <br /> WATER SUPPLY MONITORING <br /> A sampling station shall be established where a representative sample of the municipal water supply <br /> can be obtained. Water supply monitoring shall include at least the following <br /> - <br /> Sampling <br /> Ilmm Elvwwcy <br /> Sarrrplrng <br /> Standard Minerals mg/1 Annually <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l Quarterly <br /> GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> Four shallow monitoring wells shall be installed around the pond disposal area. Grab samples shall be <br /> collected from the wells and analyzed as below;sample results shall be submitted to the Board. <br /> The monitoring wells shall be sited and installed by a Registered Civil Engineer or Certified <br /> .Engineering Geologist.
