In the event that ground water monitoring shows a violation of Ground Water Limitations <br /> including, but not limited to D.1. and D3., the Discharger shall resample groundwater within <br /> 30 days to verify sample results. If the verification sampling confirms violations have <br /> occurred,the Discharger shall submit a Technical Report and time schedule, within 60 days <br /> after confirmation, outlining the investigation proposed to define the extent of the <br /> contamination and the remedial actions to be undertaken to prevent further violations, <br /> 17. A copy of this Order shall be kept at the discharge facility for reference by operating personnel. <br /> Key operating personnel shall be familiar with its contents. <br /> 18.
