EXHIBIT 3 <br /> Hydrographs of San Joaquin <br /> This exhibit shows the water surface elevation in San Joaquin River adjacent to <br /> perc ponds. <br /> The data provided by California Department of Water Resources Central <br /> District office and is a plot of daily high water which is subject to tidal activity. <br /> 1. Dry year water surface 1984-1985 between el. 2 & 6 feet MSL <br /> 2. Wet year peak flows from snow melt between Feb. & April 1985-1986. <br /> 3. Flood year 1982-1983. Note 100 year flood occurred March 29, 1983 <br /> with water surface at 16.8 feet. The differential between river water <br /> surface and bottom of ponds is only 4.3 feet. <br /> Note: River depth is at 100 year flood is 22.8' <br /> 4. Comment in letter of June 15 from Public Health states river level was <br /> at 24 feet. This probably meant the depth of water which was close to <br /> 24 feet but the water surface was at 16.8 feet mean sea level. <br /> 3 <br />
