Box 611 Victor, CA 95253 Lodi, CA 95241 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A one-year Time Extension for a previously approved Site Approval application to establish a small winery and wine tasting room in two phases. Phase One is for the conversion of an existing 1,500 square foot agricultural building into a wine production building. Phase two, to be completed in five years, is to convert three agricultural buildings, totaling 4,250 square feet, into barrel and case storage facilities and to construct a 1,500 square foot wine tasting room. No marketing events are proposed as part of this application. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40- acre minimum)and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture). This parcel is under Williamson Act contract. PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the west side of Atkins Road, 3,500 feet north of Brandt Road, northeast of Lockeford (APN/Address: 019-140-40, 18909 N. Atkins Road, Lodi) (Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than March 12, 2013.. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. If you would like to receive notice of the staff determination for this project, please notify the Community Development Department in writing.
