However, availability of public sanitary sewer service to this site is
questionable.
Our records indicate that the subject site is located within the East Stockton Sanitary Sewer
District. This district has certain restrictions on the sewer capacity allocated to each lot within the
district. The applicant should contact San Joaquin County Public Works to determine if the
proposed use exceeds the available capacity.
Additionally, the owner/applicant must file an application for outside sewer service with the City;
to determine if the City will approve sewer service for this site.
The applicant may contact Don King at 937-8436 with questions regarding applying for sewer
service outside the City limits.
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this application.
JAMES B.
