Seismic/Anchoring:
Tank anchorage is specifically designed for crosslinked polyethylene tanks, and
consists of metal clips bolted to the concrete foundation pad, with cables running
between the clip and a tension ring on the top of the tank. These are designed by a
civil/structural engineering firm, and are purchased from the tank manufacturer,
Poly Processing Co. The system for the wastewater storage tanks is shown in the
attached signed and stamped drawings.
Seismic/Anchoring findings: The tanks as designed and operated, and the containment
areas in which they are located, are adequately anchored and are seismically sound.
Initials: j/
Leak Test:
A leak test was conducted by filling the tank with wastewater and inspecting for
leaks. There were no signs of leakage.
Tank Integrity: Based on the fact that the tanks have contained wastewater for several
years withou signs of leakage, the tanks have sufficient integrity for their intended use.
Initials:
Tank Drawing: se /✓a- Y a f Con n t4 ,` r, M & `
i
!- Q r ,, Q ► Sr
10 ll U
12 WWI Zr
Facing
l)E S W
Tank Diameters: 12 feet and 10 feet
Tank Height: 14 ft 2 in and 10 ft 3 '/z in
Tank Gross Capacity: 30,800 gallons
y✓ W — ,i/u SIC wa to
C CoAe do forv+
California Tank Lines, Inc.
