TANK AND SECONDARY CONTAINMENT ASSESSMENT <br /> This document was prepared for: <br /> California Tank Lines, Inc. <br /> 3105 S. El Dorado Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> Tank/system identification: <br /> One 10,300 gallon storage tank for wastewater, and one 3000 gallon storage tank <br /> for sodium hydroxide (caustic). The tanks are installed in three connected <br /> containment areas, along with one unused 5100 gallon tank. <br /> Date of inspection(s)/assessment: <br /> The tanks and containment areas were inspected on June 13, 2012, following <br /> removal of two cone bottom tanks, one 10,300 gallon tank, and one 5100 gallon <br /> tank. The tank and containment assessment was completed on July 7, 2010, and <br /> revised on May 24, 2011 and again on July 25, 2012. <br /> This report consists of 6) pages. <br /> I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under <br /> my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified <br /> personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted.
