A 10 gallon blue plastic container and several 5 gallon buckets of universal waste batteries were <br /> observed with accumulation start dates of November 29, 2011. Disposal records on site indicate this is <br /> the same date they were last disposed. A generator of universal waste (batteries, mercury containing <br /> equipment, lamps/bulbs, electronic devices, CRTs, CRT glass, aerosol cans) shall accumulate universal <br /> waste for no longer than one year from the date the waste was generated.
