BACKGROUND <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />DEPARTMENT <br />Cal Tank Lines is currently registered as transporter, having a valid insurance policy. However, it <br />is only a backup for Chemical Transfer Co. it does not transport any hazardous wastes since <br />2010. <br />The facility operates under a conditionally operating under Conditionally Authorized Permit for <br />an onsite treatment unit of wastewater, generated from truck washing activities. <br />IV. DOCUMENTS REVIEWED <br />PRIOR TO INSPECTION <br />Hazardous Waste Transportation System (HWTS) was check for manifests but none was <br />available. <br />DOCUMENT REVIEWED ON INSPRECTION DAY- (September 29, 2016) <br />The Registration <br />The registration is current and valid till March 24, 2017. The registration with DTSC for <br />2014, 2015and 2016 were available at the facility. <br />The Insurance: <br />The insurance policy is valid, and was available at the facility. <br />The manifests <br />No hazardous waste manifest was produced since 2010. <br />V.
