The photograph was taken by Alex Baillie on <br />September 29, 2016 <br />After viewing the oily water tank, DTSC staffs returned back to the office and began the <br />document review portion of the inspection. (The document review is described in section V). <br />After reviewing and making photocopies of documents, DTSC issued a Summary of <br />Observation/Concerns to Mr. Bishop.
