Both persons have <br />also received the required training. When DTSC staff checked at California Environmental <br />Registration System, the Plan was submitted on November 2, 2016, and approved by San <br />Juaquin CUPA on November 7, 2016. <br />DTSC's response: No additional compliance is needed for this item <br />Violation # 10 <br />On or about September 29, 2016 Cal Tank Lines violated California Code of Regulation title 22 <br />section 66261.7 in that two 55 -gallon drums were labelled as "empty" but with no empty dates. <br />Corrective action: Cal Tank Lines must immediately correct the violation by writing empty <br />dates on the empty drums. Within 15 days of receipt of this Report, Cal Tank Lines must <br />submit the photo evidences and detailed plans to DTSC that describes that action(s) taken or <br />planned, including but not limited to training facility personnel, to prevent the reoccurrence of <br />this violation. <br />Violation #11 <br />On or about September 29, 2016 Cal Tank Lines violated California Code of Regulations T22 <br />sections 66265.195 and 66265.174 in that the Cal Tank Lines failed to conduct complete daily <br />tank inspection and weekly inspection in that the logs did not look for leaking/spills or <br />deteriorated tanks/containers, as required in the regulations. <br />Corrective action: Cal Tank Lines must immediately correct the violation by developing the <br />daily and weekly checklists that include the inspection on leaking/spills or deteriorated <br />tanks/containers, as required in the regulations.
